We were impressed by the inclusion of a Solid Waste Management system and Rain water Harvesting, which shows a commitment to environmental practices. The project is still under construction, with a completion date of December 2028. The parking situation seems to be open parking, which is fine, but I do wonder if it will be sufficient once the building is fully occupied. Tulsi Associates has a reputation, so we are trusting them to deliver a good quality home.
