TULSI KALASH LASH ASH SH H has been transparent about the project details, and the landscaping and tree planting plan looks nice on paper. I visited the site recently and noticed the fire fighting system installation is in progress, which shows they are taking safety seriously. My only concern is that the entrance road to the main marg can get a bit crowded during peak houHowever, for a new construction in Chala, the potential for value growth is decent. The project is scheduled for completion by December 2028, and I am hopeful that the final output will match the current specifications provided to us.
