The developer, Tulsi Develope, has completed the project by July 2023, and it’s ready to move into, which suited my timeline. The location offegood connectivity to roads like Modkeshwar Nagar road and Untwadi-Govind Nagar Link Road. Amenities like 24x7 security and gated community are standard but important. The main drawback for me is the lack of specific pricing information; I had to rely on market estimates. However, the overall construction quality appeasolid.
