It’s also not too far from NH 8, making travel easier. We got a 1150 Sq.ft 3 BHK villa within our budget of around 28.41 Lakh. The amenities like the jogging track and children's play area are good for the family. The construction was completed in June 2012, so it’s an older property but feels well-maintained. Power backup is also a plus point.
