It's a gated community, which offepeace of mind. The developer, Tulsi Infracon, seems to be developing the project well. The layout of the villas is Vastu compliant, which was important for us. We are currently under construction, so we haven't seen the final product yet. The swimming pool and club house are good additions for the future.
