The price was around 2.4 Crores, which felt justified for the quality and location. It was completed in April 2022 and is ready for immediate occupancy. The gymnasium is a good facility for staying active. While the project is well-maintained, the parking situation can get a bit tight if you have multiple vehicles, which is something to consider.
