I invested in a 3 BHK unit in Tulip Green, Konnagar. The project by Tulip Properties was launched in November 2014 and handed over in March 2016. The apartment sizes range from 851 sq.ft. To 922 sq.ft., offering good living space. Connectivity is a major plus, with easy access to State Highway 2, NH-19, and Belghoria Expressway. The Konnagar Railway Station is also very close, which is beneficial. The development has essential amenities like car parking, a paved compound, and maintenance staff. While the project itself is well-maintained, the surrounding area can be a bit congested during peak hou, which might affect future rental demand slightly.

The area is developing, and it's a quiet place to live. Maintenance staff is available, which is helpful. Overall, it's a decent property for the price point, though I'm not sure about the current market value.

The building has a lift and car parking facilities. It's a small project with only 1 building and 24 units on 1 acre. My only concern is the dust from nearby construction, but hopefully, that will settle down.

We purchased a 3 BHK apartment in Tulip Green for our family. The built-up area is around 851 to 922 sq.ft., giving us enough space. The possession date was March 2016. Having a children's play area is a big plus for my kids. The project by Tulip Properties has a paved compound and landscaping, which makes it pleasant. Being close to Ramakrishna Mission Boys' Home High School is a major advantage for us. The only downside is the distance to JBCH hospital, which is nearby. Otherwise, the connectivity to highways is good. We are happy with the space and amenities.

The location in Konnagar is quite accessible, being near State Highway 2 and NH-19. Ramakrishna Mission Boys' School is also nearby, which is good for future planning. However, the traffic on the main roads can get quite heavy during peak houParking seems a bit limited within the compound. The project is spread over 1 acre with only 24 units, so it's not overly crowded. We are still deciding, but it's a strong contender.
