I was impressed by the inclusion of closed car parking and open parking options, which is very practical. The solid waste management and disposal system is also a plus point. It is located very close to GD Birla School, which is convenient for families. The overall feel of the project is quite good, and the builder seems reliable. I am looking forward to moving in soon and starting my new chapter here. The price was within my initial budget.

I appreciate the emphasis on water conservation and rain water harvesting, which shows foresight. The provision for energy management is also commendable. The landscaping and tree planting have made the surroundings quite pleasant. While the Narayana Hospital - RN Tagore Hospital is nearby at nearby, I do wish there were more small grocery shops right at the entrance. However, the overall construction and the quiet environment make it a good choice for retirement.
