We were looking for a comfortable place in Nashik after retirement. Tulasi Baug seemed like a good option. The 2 BHK flats have a decent carpet area, ranging from 722 to 938 square feet, which gives enough space. The location in Deolali Gaon is relatively quiet compared to the main Nashik Road. We liked the idea of having a gymnasium and a senior citizen siteout. The 24x7 water supply is a big plus for us. However, the access road is a bit narrow and can get dusty during construction nearby. Overall, it's a peaceful community, and Rishikesh Builde& Developeseem to have provided the basic amenities we need for a comfortable retired life.

I really liked the fire fighting system and fire protection measures; safety is very important. The location near Nashik Road and Artillery Centre Road makes commuting easier. I can reach my office in about 15-20 minutes. The gymnasium is also a good facility to have within the premises. What I don't love is the traffic noise from the nearby main roads, especially during peak houIt can be a bit distracting. Still, it’s a convenient location for a working professional like me.
