As a chartered accountant, I analyze numbecarefully before any significant purchase. TT Rituraj offered a 2 BHK flat at a base price of 33.6 Lakh, which seemed like a reasonable investment for the location on EM Bypass. The project is ready to move in, saving us time and hassle. The amenities like car parking and power backup are practical. The proximity to Narayana Hospital is also a plus, though I hope we don’t need it. The developer, TT Construction, has presented a decent offering. My only reservation is the lack of readily available information on completion and OC, which adds a slight element of uncertainty for future resale.

Finding a home with good school proximity was our main goal. TT Rituraj is close to Delhi Public School Ruby Park, which is fantastic for our children. The 2 BHK flat offe800 square feet of built-up area, providing enough room for our family. We appreciate the gated community aspect and the 24x7 water supply. The metro station is also quite close, which is useful. Construction seems solid. TT Construction delivered a ready-to-move-in project. The only minor issue we’ve noticed is that during the afternoon, the rooms facing west get quite warm.

Being close to the Jyotirindra Nandi Metro Station, nearby, makes commuting very convenient. The price starting at 33.6 Lakh was attractive for a ready to move property in this area of Kolkata. We also liked the 24x7 water supply and the CCTV surveillance around the complex. The only slight downside is that the road leading to the project can get a bit congested during peak hou, but it’s manageable.
