We were looking for a 3 BHK in South Hyderabad and Trust Tower 2 Residency caught our eye. The size, around 1800 sq.ft, is quite spacious for our family of four. It was in our budget, costing around 65 Lakhs. The fact that it's ready to move saved us a lot of hassle. Duaa The Global Schools being nearby was a massive plus for us, making the school run much easier. The power backup is reliable, which is good during monsoons. My only concern is the parking space; it feels a bit cramped if you have a larger vehicle. But overall, the convenience for the kids and the decent living space make it a good choice.

This is my fit property purchase, a 3 BHK in Trust Tower 2 Residency. I picked a 1700 sq.ft unit that cost me around 62 Lakhs. Trust Constructions offered this ready to move flat in Rambagh Colony. The main reason I went for it was the price point and the fact that it was already built. It felt less risky than buying under construction. The size of the rooms is adequate. My parents visited and they liked the natural light. The proximity to Rajendra Nagar Road is good. The only drawback I noticed is the traffic on Attapur road during peak houcan be quite bad.

I purchased a 3 BHK apartment, approximately 1600 sq.ft, for about 58 Lakhs. The ready-to-move status was a huge advantage given my relocation timeline. The proximity to the Hyderabad Elevated Expressways is excellent for my commute. However, I must mention that the construction quality, while acceptable, doesn't feel premium. There is also some dust from ongoing construction in nearby areas, which is a minor nuisance. Still, it serves my immediate needs well.

I bought a 3 BHK here in Trust Tower 2 Residency a few months ago. The space is quite good, around 1500 sq.ft built up, which is comfortable for my family. It is ready to move which was a major factor for me. The location in South Hyderabad, Rambagh Colony is fairly convenient, close to the highway. Power backup is functional, which is essential. My only small complaint is that the finishing inside the apartment could have been a bit better, some paint touch-ups were needed. But overall, for the price of around 60 Lakhs, it feels like a decent purchase for my retirement.
