We are looking at a 4 BHK apartment in Trump Tower 2. It's about 4000 sq.ft., which should be enough for our family. The main draw for us was its proximity to Manav Rachna International School, which is nearby. Also, Park Hospital is nearby, which is reassuring. The developer, Tribeca CreatoLLP P, has included a Cricket Pitch and Volleyball Court, which the kids are very excited about. While the price is on the higher side, the amenities like the Swimming Pool and Gymnasium are great. My only worry is the current dust and noise from the ongoing construction, but we expect that to settle down by completion.
