The 2 BHK builder floor has a built-up area of 1100 Sq.ft, which seemed quite spacious for them. Its location opposite Gautam Buddha Univeity on the Yamuna Expressway is convenient. While the price was around 60 Lakhs, it felt like a fair investment for their comfort and peace of mind. We haven't seen the project in peon, but the Trivor Builder Pvt Ltd seems to have good connectivity. It's ready to move in, which is a big plus as we don't want them waiting.
