The 3 BHK bungalow is 1075 Sq.ft built up, giving us enough space. The price was around 16.13 Lakh. Being a gated community with a children's play area was important for us. It's ready to move, so we didn't have to wait. The community hall is also a good facility for family gatherings. The developer is Triveni Infraspace Pvt Ltd. The hospital is also very close by.
