I bought a 4 BHK builder floor, which is 2000 square feet. The budget was around 1 Crore, which is acceptable given the location and size. The proximity to the hospital is fantastic, less than a kilometer away. The Noida-Greater Noida Expressway is also very accessible, making travel easier. Stark Developer is the builder, and they claim the project is ready to move. However, the OC is not yet available, and the completion is listed as December 2025, which is a bit unclear. The connectivity to other parts of Noida is good, with the metro station nearby. Overall, it meets my primary needs.
