This size is quite comfortable for my family. The completion was in July 2023, so it's relatively new. I particularly liked the inclusion of a Sewage Treatment Plant and water conservation measures; it shows a responsible approach by Trio Buildcon Pvt Ltd. The proximity to Mehta Hospital, nearby, is also a practical benefit for us. Parking is generally adequate, but on busy evenings, finding a spot can take a minute or two.
