The Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital being nearby was a huge factor for my decision, offering great peace of mind. The apartment size, around 1700 Sq.ft., is comfortable for me. The budget was within my expectations, falling between 93 L and 1.06 Cr. The 24x7 security is a definite plus for a single woman. However, the distance to the nearest metro station, Noida Sector 81, is quite significant at nearly 10 kilomete, which makes public transport less convenient. The car parking is also a bit tight.

Having 24x7 water supply and power backup is essential, and they seem to deliver on that. The gated community provides a good sense of security with 24x7 security peonnel. It's mostly peaceful here, though sometimes you can hear traffic noise from the main road, which is a minor inconvenience. The construction quality looks decent so far.
