The price range of 55.35 Lakh to 75.85 Lakh is manageable with our combined income. We love the idea of the 'no vehicle zone' on the ground floor, ensuring safety for kids and a cleaner environment. The inclusion of a splash pool for kids and a mini theatre are great entertainment options. The location in Bopal is developing nicely, though the drive to Panaji City Center at nearby might be a bit much daily. Construction is ongoing until June 2027.
