    This is my fit property purchase, a 2 BHK apartment at Trinity Provica Dream Valley. I found the area to be developing nicely, and Sector 72, Noida seems promising. The built-up area is about 1000 sq.ft, which is a decent size for a start. The price point around 58 Lakhs was what I could afford. I really liked the Gated Community aspect and the security cabin at the entrance. It feels safe. The nearby Kothari International School is a big plus for future planning. One small thing is the OC received status isn't available yet, which I will need to check more thoroughly. Other than that, everything else looks good for a fit-time buyer.
