    Finally made my fit home purchase at Trinity Orchid Tower. I was looking for something ready to move and liked the 1 BHK floor plan, which has a built-up area of 1190 square feet. The price was around 35 Lakhs, which fit my budget perfectly. The location in Noida Extension, Sector 1, is quite convenient, with the Delhi World Public School just zero minutes away. Getting to the Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital also takes only about 3 minutes. The building looks decent and the amenities like 24/7 water supply are useful. My only slight worry is that the OC is not yet available, but the builder, Trinity Ventures, assured us it's in process. Overall, a good start.

Delhi World Public School Noida Extension is literally at the dootep, zero minutes away, and Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital is just a 3-minute drive, which gives us great peace of mind. Having 24/7 water supply is a basic need that’s covered. The project is ready to move, which is very convenient. The traffic can be a bit much sometimes, especially getting onto the main road, but for the proximity to the school, it’s a trade-off we’re willing to make. Trinity Ventures delivered as promised.
