We are looking for a new flat and Trinity Lakshmi Maya Apartment caught our eye. The 2 BHK carpet area starts from 622 Sq.ft which seems decent for us. Being close to the Mumbai-Nashik Expressway is a huge plus for my commute. The project is currently under construction and expected to complete by December 2029. We are a bit concerned about the dust and noise during construction phase though. Also, the open car parking might be an issue if we get a third vehicle in the future. Overall, it seems like a good option given the location and potential for future growth.
