The 3 BHK configuration is more space than I need right now, but it's nice to have the option to use a spare room. Being so close to Nachiketa Schooling System is convenient in case I need it later. The main worry is that Mavdi can get quite dusty during construction season, and this area seems to have a lot going on. Also, finding parking for visitocan be a challenge sometimes, especially on weekends. Trimurti Enterprise seems to have a decent reputation though, so hopefully the quality holds up.
