The 2 BHK flats are practical, with carpet areas ranging from 495 to 566 square feet. Our kids love the swimming pool and the gymnasium is also well-equipped. The 24x7 water supply is a definite advantage. We moved in recently and are still settling down. The multipurpose room is something we plan to use for small family gatherings. The only concern we have right now is the connectivity to the main city areas; getting to the airport takes around 55 minutes, which feels quite long. Otherwise, it's been a positive experience so far.
