We chose Tridel Ultra Ovation because of its excellent proximity to schools. ST Francis High School is nearby, which makes the morning commute for our children much easier. We looked at the 3 BHK apartments, which have a carpet area between 584 Sq.ft and 668 Sq.ft. The price point of 40.19 L to 45.97 L was competitive. It being ready to move was also a big advantage for our family. The area in Matoshree Nagar, Parijat Nagar is quite peaceful. We also appreciate that Curie Manavta Cancer Hospital is also very close by.
