Getting our kids into D. A. V Public School Pokhariput was a priority, and Trellis Opel is just a minute away, which is amazing. We looked at the 3 BHK apartments which are 1385 sq.ft, offering plenty of room for our family. The community hall is a good space for gatherings. We also liked the idea of a water softener plant as water quality can be an issue sometimes. The 24x7 water supply is essential. The only minor issue is the traffic getting out of Sundarpada during peak houcan be a bit much. But the proximity to the school and AIIMS makes it worth it.
