It's a ready-to-move property, which meant we could shift immediately after booking. The price around 19.99 Lakh onwards was reasonable for a new property in this area. Trehan Group has provided a good list of amenities, including a club house, party hall, and a kids' pool. The entrance gate security cabin and 24x7 CCTV surveillance give a sense of security. One thing we noticed is that the road leading to the project, off the Alwar Bypass Road, can get a bit congested during school pick-up and drop-off times due to nearby schools like AJIT PUBLIC SCHOOL. Other than that, the 24x7 water supply and vitrified tiles are nice touches.
