We purchased a 2 BHK flat in Trehan THD Garden. The built-up area is around 750 square feet, which feels adequate for our needs. We needed something ready to move, and this project by Trehan Group fit the bill. It was completed in 2012. The price was within our expected range, around 14.18 Lakh. The location on Alwar Bypass Road is decent, close to Euro International School. However, the construction quality seems a bit dated given it's an older project. Also, the availability of OC is not mentioned which is a bit concerning from a compliance pepective.
