The 1111 Sq.ft floor plan is very airy, and we get a lot of natural light in the living room. It feels much bigger than our old rented house. Trehan Group has included a nice clubhouse where we meet other residents on the weekends. We also appreciate the proximity to Hari Ram hospital, which is nearby, giving us a sense of security. The maintenance of the badminton court and tennis court is decent. We are glad we made this upgrade as it is a much better lifestyle for us than living in a cramped apartment downtown.
