We purchased a 3 BHK in Trehan Delight Residency about six months ago. The carpet area for our flat is 1389 square feet, which is quite spacious for the family. Being a business owner, I value proximity to major roads, and its location on Alwar Bypass Road in Tapukara is convenient for travel. The possession was ready, which was a big factor for us. The overall construction quality seems decent. My only small concern is the dust on the Alwar Bypass Road itself, which can get a bit much sometimes. We also liked the provision for solar lighting. The price point starting from 17.25 Lakh onwards was within our initial budget for this size.
