We just moved into our 3 BHK apartment at Traventure Zeal. The built-up area is quite generous, ouis 1969 sq.ft and feels very spacious. Being ready to move in was a huge plus for us. We liked the landscaping and tree planting around the complex, it makes the place feel greener. The location in Virugambakkam is convenient for getting around Chennai West. My only small gripe is that the road leading to the project can get a bit busy during peak hou, causing some traffic. Otherwise, the apartment itself is well-designed and we are happy with the initial settling in period. Traventure Homes Pvt Ltd seems to have put in good effort.
