We decided on Traventure Serene mainly because of its location in Saligramam. It’s pretty central and close to the Vadpalani Metro Station which is about a nearby walk. The project itself is under construction, expected to finish by December 2026. We looked at the 3 BHK flat which had a built-up area of around 1530 Sq.ft. The price point was around 1.53 Crore. The developer, Traventure Homes Pvt Ltd, seems to be offering good amenities like EV charging points and 24x7 security. My only small worry is that the Mumbai Highway is nearby, so there might be some traffic noise sometimes. We haven't seen the OC yet, but that's normal for an under-construction property.
