The 3 BHK flat, around 1551 sq.ft, gives enough room for our two children. Having MGM Healthcare nearby is also a comfort. The construction quality seems good, and the building has essential amenities like car parking and lifts. We did notice some dust from ongoing work nearby, but hopefully that will settle down. It’s a good investment for our family’s future.
