Travancore Buildehas a reputation for completing projects, and seeing this one completed in 2012 gave me some comfort. The landscaping is nice, and the gated community provides a sense of security. My parents are happy with the overall environment. I do wish the OC was readily available, but for a fit-time buyer, it feels like a solid choice.
