One thing we are a little concerned about is the distance to Hopes College Bus Stop, which is nearby. However, the availability of 24x7 water supply and storm water drains are good practical points. Being a single woman, safety is my top priority, so the 24x7 security and fire sprinklewere important factoThe carpet area is about 332 sq.ft, which is manageable for me. The location in Vilankurichi is convenient enough, with NALAM HOSPITAL nearby. The project is still under construction, with the estimated completion in July 2023.
