The size is great, around 1116 Sq.ft, and it’s perfect for our growing family. The project is ready to move, which was a priority since we didn't want to wait anymore. We were impressed by the nearby facilities like GD Birla School and IRIS MULTISPECIALITY HOSPITAL, both nearby. The Mahanayak Uttam Kumar Metro Station is also conveniently located at the same distance. The building has lifts and power backup, which are crucial. One minor issue is the noise from the main road, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Road, especially during the day. But the interioare nice, and the 24x7 security makes us feel safe.
