Being so close to MGM Healthcare and Periyar Nagar Bus Terminus, both just two minutes away, is incredibly convenient for daily needs and travel. The 1 BHK configuration we chose has a carpet area of 265 sq.ft, which is a decent size for us now. The project is ready to move, and construction was completed in May 2024 by Tnuhdb Developed. While the location is excellent, the dust from the ongoing construction work in the vicinity can be a bit botheome at times. We hope this settles down soon. The lack of detailed information about amenities was also a slight disappointment, but the core requirements are met.
