This is my very fit home purchase, and I've chosen TNCD Capital City. I’m looking at a 1 BHK flat, around 524 Sq.ft. The size feels manageable for a start. It's good that the project has a Children's Play Area and a Yoga / Meditation Area, which are nice additions. TNCD Building Dreams is the developer, and this project is still under construction, with completion planned for March 2025. The location in Nehru Nagar West is decent, close to KV Matriculation Higher Secondary School. I'm excited but also a bit nervous about the whole process.
