This is my fit flat purchase and I felt TMR Ramjitha Residency in Hayathnagar was a good starting point. The 3 BHK configuration has a good saleable area of 2611 square feet, so plenty of room. I was impressed that the project includes an earthquake-resistant structure, which gives peace of mind. It's currently under construction and scheduled for completion in August 2025. The developer, TMR Constructions, has a few projects, which is reassuring. The only downside I've noticed is the proximity to NH 9, which is nearby, meaning a bit of a drive to reach it from the highway. Overall, it feels like a solid choice.

I looked at a few places in Hayathnagar and TMR Ramjitha Residency seemed like a decent option. The 2611 square feet size for a 3 BHK is quite large, which is good for me to spread out. It's still under construction with a completion date of August 2025, so I have time. Power backup is a must-have for me, and they offer that. The location near Abdullapurmet is okay, not too far from the Outer Ring Road. My main worry is that the construction dust might be a problem for a while. Also, it’s a bit of a walk to the main road. Hopefully, they finish the internal roads nicely.

The Rainbow Children's Hospital is also not too far, nearby, which is good. My parents are concerned about the traffic noise from the nearby highway, but I think the distance should mitigate that.
