After much research in the Medak area, I finalized a 1320.0 Sq.ft plot at TMR Green Meadows II. As someone working in government services, I appreciate that they have incorporated water conservation and rain water harvesting systems into the project layout. TMR Infra Developehas kept the landscaping and tree planting quite nice, giving the whole area a green look. It is nice to have 24x7 water supply available on the site already. The commute to the main road is easy. The only concern I have is that there are very few shops for groceries right next to the boundary, so you have to drive a bit further for basic daily needs.

We decided to buy a 1439.78 Sq.ft plot here because the open space in TMR Green Meadows II is perfect for growing kids. TMR Infra Developehas provided a dedicated children play area which is one of the few places in this vicinity where kids can actually run around safely. We liked that the plots are Vastu compliant and the layout is very open with plenty of sunlight. Having 24x7 security makes us feel much safer living here compared to a standalone plot. The roads are wide enough for two cato pass comfortably. The only thing I would point out is that during peak office hou, traffic near the main junction can get a bit slow, but it is not a major headache for us.
