Living at TM Nirmalya has been very comfortable for me as a working professional. The security and the 24X7 water supply give me a lot of peace of mind. I really enjoy the landscaping and tree planting they have done around the premises. The flat size of 940.66 Sq.ft is perfect for me as it is easy to clean and very airy. It is great that the Kalpana Square Bus Stop is nearby. TM Constructions has delivered a decent project in a prime location. Sometimes the road leading to the main entrance gets a bit busy but that is expected in such a central area. Overall, it is a safe and convenient place to stay.
