Since I am living abroad, I needed a property built by a reliable name like TM Constructions that offegreat security features. The 2044 square feet 3 BHK space is generous enough for them to live comfortably. I checked that the property includes rain water harvesting and a proper fire fighting system which is essential. The proximity to Sunshine Hospital is a major factor that influenced my final decision. My parents have already visited the site and they seem quite impressed with the internal design and the overall quality of the construction work completed so far.
