We chose TJMaanik Abode because it is relatively close to Pallavi Model School, which is nearby, and Abhaya Multi-specialty Trust Hospital is close to the location in Kachwani Singaram. The 2 BHK apartments offer a good amount of space, around 1250 Sq.ft to 1280 Sq.ft, and the price is within our budget. Sri Sai Builde& Developehave mentioned Vastu compliance which is important for us. We are currently in the under construction phase and are expecting completion by November 2027. The rainy water harvesting system is also a good initiative.
