I was impressed by the landscaping and tree planting, it makes the place look very green. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance and fire sprinkleadd to the safety. It's nice that they have a community hall for residents. The location is decent, close to hospitals like Narayana and not too far from the metro. I am looking at a 2 BHK. The only thing I found slightly concerning was the noise from the nearby road during the day, but it quiets down at night.
