This is my fit property purchase, so I was a bit nervous. I decided on a plot of 1034 Sq.ft in Tirupati Samruddhi 2. The developer, Tirupati Group, seems reputable. I liked the idea of having a separate Recreation Facilities area and Landscaping & Tree Planting. It’s under construction now, finishing in April 2027. The plot size is manageable for a fit-time buyer like me. I did find the access road to the project a little challenging to navigate during my fit visit. It’s a bit narrow, and I hope it improves significantly by the time of possession.
