We were looking for something in Vapi for our new beginnings and Tirupati Royal Heights seemed promising. The location in Chala is quite convenient, especially being close to NH 8 which helps with my commute to the IT park. We looked at the 2 BHK flat, the carpet area starts from 556 square feet, which felt decent for us. The biggest plus is the hospital and school being right at nearby distance. We are hoping Tirupati Developewill maintain the construction quality as they promised. One thing that worries me a bit is the potential traffic noise from NH 8, but we are hoping the building design will mitigate that. Overall, it feels like a good place for starting out.

We are looking at a 2 BHK, and the carpet area ranges from 556 to 746 square feet, which should be enough space for our two children. The Vapi Bus Stop is also very close, making travel easy. Being near NH 8 is good for my husband's work commute. While the project is under construction and completion is set for December 2029, the proximity to key facilities like school and hospital is unbeatable. The only minor issue is that the Chala area can get dusty sometimes due to ongoing construction.

I hope the rooms in the 1 BHK are not too cramped once fully built.
