We opted for a 2000 Sq.ft plot, which gives us enough space. The prices are quite competitive, with plots starting from 11 Lakh. Tirupati Group has provided necessary amenities like 24X7 water supply and a sewage treatment plant, which are essential for a family. The area is connected to the Nagpur-Hyderabad National Highway VII. While the project is Ready to Move, the lack of OC is a bit of a concern, and we are hoping it gets sorted soon. Also, the internal roads are decent, but some parts could use better finishing. The Suretech Hospital is also quite close, which is reassuring.
