My partner and I decided on Tirupati Enclave for our fit home together. We liked the 2 BHK flat, which is 1105 square feet super builtup, costing around 52 Lakhs. The project by Tirupati Construction Kolkata is under construction and expected to be ready by July 2026. The location is good, being close to Rabindra Tirtha Metro Station (0.92 KM) and also Delhi Public School, New Town (0.92 KM). One small concern is that the prices are a bit on the higher side for this area, but we felt the amenities like 24x7 security and power backup justify it. We are excited for our new beginning.
