The Chaitanyapuri Metro Station is just 1.5 kilometeaway, which is great for getting around the city. Having a Children's Play Area is nice, even though I don't have kids, it adds to the atmosphere. The Landscaping & Tree Planting makes the common areas pleasant. Power backup is a must-have, and it's included here. I've noticed the traffic can be a bit heavy on the main roads during rush hour, so that's something to keep in mind if you commute daily. Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper provided the basic amenities as promised.

We decided on Tirumala Anjali Enclave because of its proximity to Lotus Lap Public Schools. It is very close, practically zero kilometeaway, which is a huge relief for us. The Children's Play Area within the complex is also a good addition, the kids can play safely. We looked at a few other places but the location for schooling was the main deciding factor. The maintenance staff seems okay so far, they keep the common areas clean. Power backup is also there which is essential. The only small issue is that the roads around Kothapet can get quite busy during peak hou, so leaving a bit early for school is necessary.
