The location on Vatva Gamdi Road is decent, and it's good that Swastik Hospital & Dental Clinic is nearby. The developer, Tirth 3 Associates, has included several useful amenities, including lifts, fire sprinkle, and visitor parking. The overall price range is between 30.45 L and 93.01 L. The construction is under way, with completion expected in December 2026. My only concern is the dust from the ongoing construction which is quite noticeable when we visit the site. Otherwise, the concrete roads with street lighting and landscaping look promising.
