    I needed a reliable place in Pune and Tingre Om Paradise came recommended. It's a ready-to-move project on Dhanori Road. I chose a 2 BHK flat, around 684 Sq.ft carpet area, which is a decent size for my family. The developer, Tingre Ventures, has provided essential amenities like closed car parking and 24X7 water supply. Being close to Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital is reassuring. The main thing is the project is completed and ready for possession since June 2021. The only downside is that the metro station at Ramwadi is still about 4.5 kilometeaway, which is a bit of a distance if you rely on the metro. Otherwise, the location seems practical for daily life.
